I haven’t been doing much with this blog in the last year and a half. There are a few reasons for this:
- I’ve had a handful of injuries that have prevented me from working out hard. Since I haven’t been hitting the gym as hard as I liked to, I haven’t been blogging about being at the gym.
- I’ve also had other things that have gotten in my way of working out and blogging on here.
Unfortunately, I’m out of shape to my standards. My plan is to get back in shape and use this blog as a way to track/monitor my progress. I’ll also share my reviews and opinions on other fitness related products.
